Privacy Policy

What the form collects, how trust documents are handled, and the fact that none of it is sold.

Effective October 21, 2026.

Information you give us

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, the home's state, how title is held, who the trustee is, whether you live in the home, approximate value and mortgage-balance ranges, and how you found the site. We also keep what you send by text or email. Pages on this site do not run a credit check.

Information collected automatically

Standard website analytics record pages visited, referring site, device type and approximate region. It is used in aggregate to understand which pages help people, not to build a profile of any visitor.

Trust documents

If you proceed, you may send a certification of trust and selected pages of the trust. They are used only to have the lender and its title insurer confirm the trustee's authority, are shared only with the lender and title company handling your file, and are not used for marketing. You do not need to send the dispositive provisions of your trust, and we do not ask for them.

How information is used and shared

To answer your inquiry and match your home to programs that fit it, and, with your authorization, to run a soft credit pull. We do not sell or rent personal information. It goes to West Capital Lending, Inc.; to the lender and title company if you apply, under their own privacy notices; and to the service providers that host this site and deliver its forms, email and texts, who may use it only to provide those services.

Texts

A mobile number you provide may receive texts about your inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Your requests

Email kspangenthal@westcapitallending.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Records we are legally required to retain are kept for the required period and then disposed of.

Updates

When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes too.
