Where loans are available
Loans are offered only where West Capital Lending and the originating loan officer hold the required licenses, where the funding lender lends, and on trusts, properties and occupancies its program accepts. Not available in New York. Program guidelines change, and the disclosures you receive when you apply govern over anything on this site.
